I need help with our SX-50 multiline phone system. It is now stuck on Night function, and won't let you access any other funtion. Is there a Master Reboot/Reset? If so, how do I go about doing it? Thanks.

Look closely at all the keys on your console. Make sure none of them are stuck down and freezing up the console. Whatever you do, don't shut down power to the switch to force a reset! That could lose all your programming if the RAM battery is old. Your best bet is to find a Mitel tech to troubleshoot the problem.

check handset & cord if the handset or cord is bad
system goes into night automaticly
