When a call comes in from the outside world, the caller ID is only displayed only on one line. On the first line, the display reads “Transfer from hunt group XXX”. On the second line, the display reads the caller ID name or number. The customer would like both lines displayed with the name and number. Can I eliminate the first line where it displays “Transfer from Hunt Group XXX” so that the display would have both lines available for name and number?
