When a call comes in from the outside world, the caller ID is only displayed only on one line. On the first line, the display reads “Transfer from hunt group XXXâ€Â. On the second line, the display reads the caller ID name or number. The customer would like both lines displayed with the name and number. Can I eliminate the first line where it displays “Transfer from Hunt Group XXX†so that the display would have both lines available for name and number?
