Had an alarm in an SX-200 ICP. It killed the switch and rebooted continually without coming up. We powered down the controller and then it came up. The alarms were:
Critical Alarm being raised upon detecting the following task suspended: tJAWS 0x2ba6440 at: Progress Monitor->InitiateShutdown System Shutdown invoked by task: tTMonitor Progress Monitor->RaiseAlarm Raised Critical Alarm on Stale Tasks
Has anyone seen this, and knows what it means? :bang:

Any info in the Logs?
Do you have an ACD system with a monitoring/reporting software such as PrairieFyre?

No ACD, no networking. Just a stand alone ICP in a hotel. Can't pull the logs remotely, modem does not answer and no IP connection.

To see what it's doing just from what you posted, you'd need Mitel tech support.
I recommend going onsite and reading the logs. I'd also pull off a copy of the database, just in case.

WT, 'on hold with Mitel' = 'purgatory hold'

Westel, What did Mitel say the problem was? We pulled our controller out of service and put it on our workbench, it has not reset in over a month. Would like to know what you found out! TIA

Still on hold with tech support! Just kidding. Went ahead and replaced DSP module, and afterwards Mitel told me to replace DSP module, so I guess I had the right idea. No issues since. We'll see.
