We recently aquired a bank in oklahoma that has a Mitel SX-200 ICP system. We want them to be able to transfer their calls at night starting at 6:00pm - 8:00pm and again in the morning from 7:00am - 8:00am M-F. How can I set this up. I'm not really familiar with the Mitel systems.
Thanks in Advance.

The night service switching on an SX200 is manually controlled, not by a time clock. You can have different greetings in the auto-attend based on time, but not call routing. BTW, is it true that CISCO is an acronym for Can I Still Call Out???(LOL)

It's not tough.
First person in presses "function" "Day service" and last person out presses "function" "night1." Or you use the auto-attendant to forward offsite on no answer.
And jsut to clarify another post:
When Microsoft says "JMP," say "CMP what?"
