Is there any programming that would cause that Console not being able to transfer? I can transfer any call from any other station on the pbx just not the main console.

Handset unplugged? Dial pad problem? Will the console do any/everything else OK? New user waiting for 'dial tone'? User didn't release last call/function. Reset with a CANCEL and a RELEASE.

Sent them an brand new console w/ new hand set and line cord. I had them bring the console back to the port and it still cant. Everything else functions correctly.

SYSTEM REBOOT, IF IF IF there is a good battery AND a copy of the program.

Did YOU send it, or did your vendor send it? Vendor ?, have them send another.

Ok i will try that on Monday and let you know. because I dont have a backup of it yet nor a battery there yet. i do have a good battery for the system cause i sent it with the console im just waiting for my Tech to arrive on monday to do a data dump. Thanks for your help.

They said it started happening when i changed some extentions to a ringdown. I dont think that would have anthing to do with it but anything is possible.

Sx-200 has a COS option for "Never a transferee." Did the 50 have that?

The Reboot didnt fix the issues SO,

1.)New Console

2.) Bypassed Cabling

3.) Rebooted

New MCC?

or could it be something in programming because Analog ext. can transfer all day only one that cant is the console.
