I have a MCD 5.0 solution running on a 3300ICP with analog trunks and 5330 IP sets. The calling line ID information is not displaying on the sets. Are there a suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Are the trunks going through the ICP or through an combo card in an ASU? Are you sure the Telco is providing CLID?

check the local telco for CND on the lines, also check COS programing for enable caller id on transfer, if you hook on to the lines at the 3300 with a test set you should here CND tones when the line is called, if you dont check with the telco.

The Service is active. I get the trunk group but not the actual outside callers ID information. ANI Calling/Called is active in the trunk and stations COS.
