I have a Mitel Express Mail release 4.03 that continuously is rebooting, when you watch the boot is looks ok but does not stop rebooting. Any suggestions on how to stop this and bring it back to normal?

Did this just start while it was in service or are you just plugging it into the system?

Before you write it off -- When the phone system reboot, it usually takes the MEM 2 or 3 tries to reboot, because it can't properly reboot until all the "ports" that it uses are up. So it may go through two or three cycles just waiting for the EL to finish rebooting, then once more for real.
But if you can go have coffee and two donuts, and then come back and its still not up, then it may be fried.
