In need of advice as to what voice mail I need for an NEC 28i. It is configured 4X8 with 4 sets working. Customer really only needs auto attendant. I will also need to find a tech in the San Antonio TX area for the install if the customer is OK with my price. We currently maintain all of their Norstars. And don't want to loose them because over not serviceing NEC. Thanks Henry

A lot of Options for this. MOst any VM will work. are you looking for recomendations? Is this used as VM or AA or IVR? looking for elaborate trees? Unified messaging?
An Alleen is a nice little VM at a descent price very simple and basic. A NEC NVM 202 would work as well.
RAther an open ended question.

I finally got the customer to explain how they are going to use the voice mail. They will only need 2 mail boxes. Also they want the AA for only 2 prompts. Example: Press 1 for refills or 2 for lab results. These will then need to be dumped directly to mailboxes. The customer will not answer any calls live. They want the customer to leave messages. Apparently they are too busy to answer calls.
