I am using a nec pbx with nitsuko 124i and 384i phones. My question is we are using 2 different class's of service, 1 is for all employees and 2 is for managers. All the managers can listen in on any extension to monitor but I dont want them to be able to monitor other managers! Is this possible. I dont have alot of experience with our phone system programming but just the basics. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks Neal.

I think in item 0406:66 set it to 0 to the stations that you don't want to be monitored. This feature is actually called barge in.

A slight nit-pickL set 0406:66 "barge in receive" to zero for the *class of service* that can't be monitored (not the stations).
You assign station ports their class of service in program 1005.
