I have a customer that I must program ringing on a DX2NA. I understand that i would need an NEC i-series manual. But which one. Can someone steer me in the correct direction as to which manual I need?

Can you progam from a phone? They have 1 phone with a large screen on it.

You can program from any phone but a display phone is easier.

Hi, new her. I've been a tech for over 20 years but never worked on the DX2NA system. I was given the password into the system, but don't know how to access the management portal from the display phone. One the other NEC systems, there is a string of digits to enter from a display phone. Is it the same on this one and if so, can someone share with me the string needed? Thans, [email protected]

From a display phone, with handset down:
Press Call1
#*#*
then enter your password. Good luck ! A manual is definately required.
