I am trying to program the name display, have access to program manual but could not find info. was told that #627 would do it, but this is not working. any ideas?

Is it an Onyx VS or Onyx 3 or a Onyx 4? Onyx VS you can make that change via set programming. Onnx 3 requires a laptop terminal and serial connection.
