One of our employees has changed offices, and I need to know how to move her extension so that she can keep her phone number. How do I do this?? I was unsure whether the change would be made in the master phone closet, the jack in the office, or the control switch down in the basement. We use Nitsuko i-Series phones and our carrier is AT&T-MCI.
Thank You.

Is this just a plain phone, or a phone behind a phone system? From your question I would suggest going to installers at the top of the page and finding someone in your area.

This would be a wiring change at the main distribution wiring of the telephone system in the basement. If you had to ask this question, you probably don't want to try it yourself, better to call a tech. Mark

Thank you for your help! I thought if it was easy enough I could do it myself, but it seems that it is more than I feel comfortable doing. I found someone in our area who does this stuff.
Thank You.
