How do the ratings (stars) work? I see I have one now. If someone gave it to me thanks. It if came automatticaly after x amount of posts thanks also. Just curious. I have rated some people, so I know it does come from that. Just wondering if anything else affected it.

if you click on a members name, you'll see the Rate Member box in their profile, thats where it happens...someone like ya..a little.

And then, no matter how many people like you, you still wind up with only 3 stars and the most obnoxious members get 5. :shrug:

I had 5 stars a few weeks ago, then I got involved in the post from H*** and lost one. I started a post that got moved to installer category for sensativity reasons and lost another star.
Hal, If everytime i use the word "sparkie" in a post you give me a good rating and I'll do the same for you. Maybe we will survive the summer. :toast:

Ok, I just gave you a 5, betcha nothing happens. I'm not aware of any way to delete stars.

I don't think they will change until he post again, if I remember right. Grider, you can only rate someone once otherwise we'd all be rated high just voting for each other. :rolleyes:

It would be nice if there were comments to go with each rating so you could know what you did right or wrong.
