I am very new to this phone system. My users are complaining that they only get 2 rings before the caller goes to voicemail.
Is there a way to change the # of rings for each user or as a group?
Is the rings controlled by the phone system or the voice mail system?

I believe the forwarding timer is the same as the transfer recall timer. Program 4-07

I am very new to this and I don't want to disrupt my company phone system, so please bear with me. The terminology used by this phone system is very confusing.
Program 4 is System Timers 06 - Is Number of Rings Before recall 07 - Is Number of Delayed Rings
When someone (internal or external) calls an extension there is 2-3 rings before it goes to voicemail. If I change the setting in 07 will that change the number of rings we get before the call goes to voicemail?
