I'm trying to use menu points to create a sub-menu on the CCR tree. Is this what menu points are intended for?
I can create the menu point, however when I try to save the tree the system tells me it's an incomplete tree. Also It gives me no options to actually create the sub-menu.
So please reply if you have information that can help me out. Thanks

make sure that path 0 is a home/menu,and not a home/info.If it is a menu, then make sure that sub paths are built or it will be incomplete.Manuals seem to be very vague and a lot of times it just takes trial and error to get it working.Keep good notes.

the sub paths are complete. here is the situation: I would like to set up the CCR so it says something to this effect:
"welcome, press 1 for billing press 2 for sales press 3 for returns" then when a user press option , I want to go to another menu that says:
:you have reached billing, press 1 for bob press 2 for jim press 3 for tom"
do you have any ideas?
thanks

Path 0 will contain the "main menu"recording. paths 1, 2, 3, will be your submenus then path 11,12,13 will be your transfer points. Hope this wasnt too confusing ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/redface.gif) )

iteresting... I think I got it...let me run it by you and see if I do indeed have it...
so I'll setup option 1 as a menu point and then say the option 1 text is "please press 1 for bob press 2 for tony press 3 for sue"
then I setup path 11 to transfer to bob path 12 for tony and path 13 for sue is that correct?

Originally posted by openwire: sounds like you got it. Im not sure, but dont you have to move to a NAM if you want more than one submenu level. ie, submenus in menu 1 do not exist. I thought i struggled with this in the flashes befor.
