Does anyone know the procedure for resetting the password on the Fast Rad modem when you do not know the password to get in to begin with?

the best thing is open the fast rad ,it has 4 screws in the back and there is a battery inside short the battery with your screw driver for 30 sec. or so and then after that everything will be default.make sure you disconnect the power first.
