When connecting via laptop to the fast rad modem, we receive an error code 81. Does anyone know the meaning and how to fix the problem?

Unfortunately I don't know what it means, but we had the same thing happen. We can log in from other computers, but not the laptop, and only certain sites. Will watch for answers from others.
