I have a Startalk ABC that I service and this system has stopped sending calls to the AA and sends them directly to the General Delivery MBox.
What do I need to do?

There is a couple of things to check provided you havent made any telco changes. 1- VM tables verify lines are set to answer and the rings are correct.F983. 2- Verify the system is in the correct service mode DAYS/Nites etc. *3- Verify the main answering position has no call forwarding that is less the number of rings than the AutoATT will answer.
I have seen 3 happen often. Check these let us know what you find and we can try further.

make sure that the AA rings are set to a less amount of rings than the extension that has the general delivery mailbox check forward no answer rings
