I have a customer that has a ICS that wants to add caller ID? Is this a line card or some other option card? What is the cost of such an item.
Thanks

You have two flavors. There is a line card that replaces existing line card or PRI. The main phone sees the caller ID info prior to answering and the other phones ca by dialing feature 811. You can program a key for this. The CID line card is about 200 more than a standard card. You can buy cards on the secondary market> Good Luck!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

No, The CO cards come with or without CID. You could add a trunk module to add more CO cards, but that is even more expensive. I would look at the secondary market to buy the cards. Swapp them out then sell your old cards on the secondary market. Good Luck!
