I just took over all communications for my company and the old VMail administrator did not leave any note on what the changed password for the system administrator was. I have attempted all the defaults, but with out any luck. I am able to get into the system programming section but unable to access VMail boxes and main directory to make changes to these area. Can anyone assist me in determining what is the best way to get into the system coordinator mailbox. The co-owner is really anxious to get this system working correctly.

I would suggest you contact a technician in your area. They should be able to reset the password for you. Even once the password is reset, changing the CCR trees and AA options are a little tricky if your not famillar with them. For the price of a service call, you can get the password re-set and a little first hand instruction as well. Use the "Installers" link at the top of the page and you should be able to find a qualified tech in your area. Good luck!

Need help on Restricting 5 extensions from receiving incoming calls from Central Office, customer has Norstar 8x24 with Flash 4 Voice Mail System. Thanks JOhnboy
