Several options including restriction filters, restriction services and class of service passwords for remote users. Is DISA used for legitimate purposes as well? Do you want to turn DISA completely off? Let us know.

Are they coming in on a trunk with DISA or are they coming in thru voicemail? If they are coming in and accessing your trunks thru voicemail, make sure you have restrictions in place on the switch side and also check to see if you have outdial allowed on mailboxes. All it takes for some of these hackers is a hint of DT and they are using your system for internationl and long distance calls. If DISA is being used for legitamate purposes make sure it is protected with a COS password. You can also make it so that everyone allowed to make LD and international calls must use a COS password by restricting those calls and only allowing them with F68 and COS password. Good luck.

Trouble happens at nite when system answer with Auto Attendant and who ever it is is calling Pakistan, Iraq, and S.Arabia. It may be an Alquaida terrorist. But, after $10,000 bill the telCo is looking in to it and the FBI too. Please advice everyone. this is my 2nd case. So, if answer with AA were should i start. I just took over this account and not very familiar with Call Pilot.

This may not be the answer your looking for but wouldn't restricting 01 in out dialing work as well (I think that's what you dial to get overseas). I don't know for sure but I'm thinking making the switch not dial over seas, will work too...providing your customer doesn't dial overseas during regular business. However I'm not a tech, so you should get a more precise answer. Interesting post. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif)

Program a restriction service on your lines to begin after business hours. If the call is coming into your switch and being answered by the AA either someone is forwarding their extension to an outside number or one of your options on the CCR tree is connecting them to an outside line. Either way a restriction service that denies long distance, international or even local calling can be applied to automatically go into effect at the close of business.
