My line two button on Nortel M7324 desk set stop working want to move line two button to line six slot ?how is this done?

line 2 button lost its program need to re program it to line 2

unless you removed the line from the phone it would still be there. i would remove all the lines from the phone. exit programming and let it update and then re-add the lines. i thought you just wanted to move line 2 to the line 6 spot. you do that with f*81

bigjim, is this one of the phones that you did change DN on?

If so, you are going to have to go into programming and add that line back to phone. it can be either appear or appear and ring. Then you will need to move to the correct location.
