I have a MICS R1T1 (soon to be upgraded to 6.1) and a newly installed Call Pilot 100. There is marketing-on-hold (music on hold) on the system which tests OK. (F86) HERE'S the QUESTION: Is there a way to let the callers hear the MOH instead of ringback tone while a call is being transferred via Call Pilot? It works using "Screened Transfer", but we don't want to ask callers to record their name before speaking with someone. CO Lines are LOOP and the Call Pilot/AA answers all calls. 2-digit extensions Note: If I manually transfer the (external) call from an extension, using FTR 70, the caller DOES hear MOH OK during the transfer. Any ideas???? Thanks! ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/biggrin.gif) ------------------ AM Communication Services www.amcp.com

won't do it. If you use a different voicemail maybe it will do it (another brand, non Nortel to be specific). I always use a Norstar voicemail (Flash, CP100, NAM).

Thanks, jsaad. ------------------ AM Communication Services www.amcp.com
