Hello,
I have a question about Hunt Groups. I am using ICS 4.0. I am able to program hunt groups and am able to use them, but when I do, my programming for buttons b01, b02... changes to the hunt groups that I program. Is there a way around this? I would like to have b01 to be DND and if the Hunt group has to be assigned to a button, have it assigned to a different button. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

You have the hunt group configured to appear&ring on the set. Change it to "ring only", and you'll get what you want. Good Luck! ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

Thank you, but I don't see that option. Where might I find that option?

YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE HUNT GROUP, AND THEN LIST THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP. PRESS THE ENTER KEY TO VIEW EACH MEMBER AND IT SHOULD SAY APPEAR & RING AND THE KEY RIGHT BELOW IT IN THE WINDOW SHOULD SAY CHANGE. PRESS THAT UNTIL IT SAYS RING ONLY. HOPE THIS HELPS
