How do I get into a Rad on a 0 x 32 with no DID access? I was told to dial the main numbers and get transfered to *90. Should I hear a modem tone if work correctly?
Thanks

did you program the rad? Does the switch see the rad if you look at port/dn status? Is it a fast rad?

I had the vendor install the RAD. I guess my question is if I dial the Main number into the AA how do I access to F9*0. This site has no DID access. AA with thru dial.

You can dial the Auto DN or DISA DN from the AA to get access via a COS password. When you hear the steady tone you enter ***RAD to gain access. I would recommend a Nortel dealer set this up so you can avoid the potential toll fraud mess.
