I am connecting a new caps to an existing phone. On what pair does the power get attatched to?

In a USOC pin out you would need power on the outer pins from the center. Pollarity does not matter w/ a CAP.
RJ11 4 pin would be pins 1 and 4 RJ14 6 pin would be pins 2 and 5 568 8 pin would be pins 3 and 6
