When the telco hiccups, the PRIs do not self recover, even tho this option is enabled. The b channels have to be manually enabled. Am I missing something, or is this a feature not quite ready for prime-time?

Does the D channel reestablish after the burp? I only have this issue with one specific carrier. XO. PRI has been around for many years on the Option series and generally reestablishes fine. ------------------ Business Phone Systems

D channel comes up fine, just have to enable b-channels; but you've answered my question. Carrier is Choice One, and they have advised the customer to change from NI2 to Ess.
