Today our VM stop working. I have reset the VM as well as the Phone side several times.Power off and wait phone returns VM no luck. I receive one beep when the floppy drive light comes on but never here the other tones after 5 -10 minutes. My support is saying that it is the unit gone bad and need to replace. I am wondering if that is true. I have tried the 9*1 with no luck. Just get the inactive feature responce. Any additional ideas? thanks in advance this is week four at this new location.

Hookup a monitor to it and look at the bootup progress. I'd bet on a boot error. Probable hard drive.

You'll see a standard PC video monitor. Usually if these take a dump it's a drive.
