I am trying to add a new extension to my existing CCR tree. I have the greetings all recorded but one of them is new and is not actually in there yet. So I am in the CCR admin menu and I hit change and then it asks for the path number. So I enter 6-4 and it comes up with menu, info or other as options. I hit menu and it wants me to record a primary message. I just want to add the extension. How can I do this?

You may already know this but I think you may have to disable before editing a CCR too.

Yes I did know that. Is there something different I have to do to enable it again though? Because the only instructions I have say that I have to go back in and hit disable again to enable it??

mfleischman- that’s correct. It is a little confusing the first time you do it. You may also have to enter the number of the CCR tree you want to enable, but I cant remember that off the top of my head.
