Try feature 903 to activate the feature codes. Once you go through this, the feature 98X codes will work.

once feture codes are activated using the F-903
then dial F-983, enter the sys cordinator mailbox number followed by passsword, then press the ok key. When you are that far, the system is all good.

Hope this helps...I just set up one of these units the other day, so if you have any more questions, feel free to pm me.

also another question, what dn's do you have the flash unit connected to. Make sure its not 101 or it will cause major problems. If you can get to the log menu when dialing the extention, enter the sys cordinator mailbox number followed by the 4 digit password and press ok...see what happens. That might be enough to start it.

Have you initialized the unit yet, using the install command?

Cheers,
Matt

I did 903 and the codes were enabled, now 983 is the only code I can access all others are inactive. When I enter the default password,2 digit exts, @ LOG: ******,the first time I exit, usually you 3 attempts. Now what?

If you are pressing F983 and the system is asking for a password then your system is still at default and you need to enter the password NOT the log (******). The password is in the book, we're not supposed to post passwords here, sorry.
