Recently upgraded a MICS R!/T! with NAM 4.1 to MICS Rls. 5.0 and instaled a PRI with Target lines. Everything works fine until a call is answered by the NAM. The NAM does not answer with the Gretting that is assigned to the table in which the line is assigned. Instead we get the recording to enter you mailbox number and password. I have tried both Analog trunks and the target lines with the same result. I have tried changing the greeting and the table to no avail. Any suggestions??????????

It's possible you need the line renumber utility.

How did you upgrade? Use the upgrade tool? Line numbers change from rev to rev.

I did use the upgrade tool. I also went back into the NAM and changed the lines that needed to answered since they are target lines. We did not however use a line renumbering tool. Where might I get this?

Thanks for the information. I just ran into this last week and our TAC center wasn't aware of the issue. Where do I need to go and get this patch? I looked all over the PIC center and couldn't find any information regarding this.
