Minuet will handle the number of users, but won't do the reports. You would need to be in Prelude or Cinphony (Cinphony if you route calls by DNIS).
You might consider an upgrade to CallPilot 150. It will do everything you want, and is much less expensive than your original NAM purchase.

It does help. I read where Minuet came packaged with voice mail 3.0. Then we should have it already? How to access

It used to ship with the NAM voice mail packages. But, it was not pre-installed. It just came with a floppy and Manual in shrink wrap. You might check with Cintech (the manufacturer), here --> https://www.cintechllc.com/Product/NProductACD.asp
