Each port will supply two channels to talk to the VMail. Which ever port is connected to the A port on Call Pilot, that is the DN of the CP.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Okay I've hooked up the Call Pilot 100 Rel 3.1 to the Norstar CICS 7.0, I'm experiencing some strange happenings? 1. Intermittent connection issues. Indicates that it's busy when trying to dialing the main DN. System is not installed yet, in the preliminary stages. 2. When I first initialized the CP100 I was able to access it via the feature code, however it's not accepting my passcode anymore? I set it up to do the CP prompts. I've tried to access a voicemail box and it's not accepting the default passcodes either? Am I doing something wrong?

Am I doing something wrong? [/QB] I hate to be so blunt but yes you're doing something wrong... You have zero knowledge of even the fundamentals. Check this web site https://www.sundance-communications.com/installers/Telephone_Installers/ for a pro in your area, hire them and get some training. :read:

Believe it or not Marv, with a little reading I was able to set the CP up. "it's amazing what what a manual will do" One question though? I have a phone plugged in which I verified it is extension 29. I added a subscriber mailbox 29 on the CP & was able to access the mailbox. I changed the password, recorded a name & greeting so the box has been initialized. However when calling that extension the phone does ring but CP won't pick up? Can ya give any pointers on where to look for the call forwarding setting? In the mean time I will keep on reading

Craigers99, Yes it is a simple thing to read the manual. I wish more people would and stop asking "tell how to do xyz" because I'm to lazy to research it.
