With alpha tagging I can have certain numbers go to a particular mbox. If the CLID says "unknown" is there any way to direct this to a particular mbox. Using a cics 6.1 Thanks

You would like the CICS to ignore the "unknown" and route using the number you didn't get????
You could use alpha tagging for "unknown" and send it to a mailbox, N'est pas?

Bunnie, yes I know you can't route if you have not received any digits, that would be magic. Just thought there may be some undocumented sequence such as putting all 0's in a dialing table that would direct a call that did not pass any digits.

CLID call routing is a function of the voice mail. Calls are routed via a CLID call routing table. Any call that does not fall into the parameters of the table (including UNKNOWN CALLER) is routed normaly throught the appropriate greeting table for the incoming line.
