I've checked the remote gateway settings, which are as follows:
Name- ToAsia
Dest. Ip - X.X.X.X
QoS Monitor - Disabled
Transmit Threshold - 0
Receive Threshold - 0
Gateway Type - BCM 3.6
Gateway Protocol - CSE
Destination Digits - 32
What is the latest patch revision? All 3 BCMs are running Release 3.7 Build 2.4f

Just for something to try, I removed the entries from the Canadian BCM, and rebooted it. Then I re-added them.
Same result. The phone rings here in asia, and displays the proper "calling from" location, but when I pick it up.. dead.
MAN this is really getting to me!

When you browse to the BCM, select Maintenance. There you will find the patch inventory (patches that have actually been applied to the BCM). I have a list of patches here: https://www.bcmguy.com/bulletins.html The most recent BCM 3.7 patch listed on my site is Service Update #2, released Aug 2nd. There have been more released since then, I just haven't updated the list yet for September. The "FEPS" patches are typically the ones that fix VoIP problems. Service Update #2 is the most recent cumulative patch available. If you are behind on patches, the SU#2 patch will save you a LOT of time. Each patch typically requires two reboots.

I went and registered at the Nortel Site, but was denied the download b/c I'm not an authorized partner.
So basically I need to get a vendor in to do this? That is a bit of a pain..

I have just found out that the ASIA side BCM is at release 3.7.
With NO patches installed. The vendor never put any patches in when the system was installed!!!!!!
I'm hoping updating it to at LEAST SR2 will fix my problem..
