We've acquired a Nortel customer from Alltel, who no longer supports our area. The System config password has been changed by Alltel. Anyone know what they typically use?

I suggest you have your customer contact Alltel and get the password. The customer owns the system is entitled by law to all passwords.

If Alltel won't give your customer the info as Telemarv suggested, then you can access the system using a RAD, if it's MICS or CICS, and change the password back.
