Does anyone know if you can use OPX circuits to link a Norstar CICS with a Meridian 61C to allow 4 digit dialing between the 2 units?

you can iether supply dial tone via a ATA "which means they get a Trunk access code then they do 4 digit dial of AA "no disconnect supervision though trunks hang for a while" and u dial a extension that rings to iether a vm or a set or they can supply dial tone and u get 4 digit dial..I may have this screwed up..been a while
