As stated, it is not for the 12x0. The only Nortel 24V power supply I've encountered is for a CAP/KLM, at least where the Norstar is concerned.

I'm not Nortel either but the power supply part number may help more then the trunk card. The only reason I would think a 24 v supply may connect to a 66 block with trunk lines would be for external paging like Valcom. Your going to have to explain what type of equipment you have as was stated if your trunk card has lights then its working. Your best choice would be to click here and find some professional help

All of those Nortel guru's have tried to tell you that the power supply you have is NOT for the 12X0 module. That power supply is for a different piece of equipment. I will advise you that this is the wrong place for the "IT Attitude".

What is the deal with Chicago today????
If your system has power then you would be well advised to leave that power supply disconnected or this just going to get worse real fast.
If you want to get the most out of the Nortel then you need to get a technician involved, usually cash is an asset in that area! Marv could have helped you but ya done went and insulted him so that is out!
