I have a Startalk VM, one of my users apparently isn't the best at checking his messages and has filled his mailbox. Is there a way to increase the number of messages that a mailbox can hold? Is this a system default, or per mailbox setting?
Thank you,

You can change the Class of Service per box. Each Class of Service allows different message retentions, etc.

Thanks Luv2ski, I saw that this is in the installers manual, but unfortunately our installer did not leave one on site for me. I am definately going to request on.
Thanks again

Is this the old Startalk? If so, then you can edit COS values using Hyperterminal. I'm not sure the Mini COS can be edited. The Flash COS can't be changed.

You know, i assume when someone say startalk they mean a flash. Only because if you got a old startalk a,b,or c I believe they are now considered antiques and should be unplugged and replace immediately

luv2ski,
True in most cases, but the old battleship anchors did give you up to 500 mailboxes.
