We have a newly installed BCM at a sister company with all patches. The DST did change in the phone system but did not propagate out to the phones. Has anybody else seen or heard of this.

Did you install the system.su4 patch?

Yes this patch is applied; the time did change in the phone system per element manager but it did not propagate out to the phones.

If you lift the receiver on the phones, the time will adjust to the system time.

If that does not work, adjust the time by one minute, then lift the receiver and hang-up. Kind of defeats the purpose of the DST patch...hopefully they will come out with another patch to correct this issue soon.

2 instances here. Had to change the time in Element Mngr to correct it. Nothing with lifting the handset made a difference.

Yes, sometimes have to change the time in Element Mgr., but sometimes before it will display on the phones correctly, have to lift the handset and hang-up, then it is correct.

Just today I upgraded a BCM400 to 4.0 The time in Element manager said one thing and the phone said another. I had to go in through the set admin (like in the old days - but not the **TIME) then I found the bad time, fixed it, and now the sets are correct.

I did change the time by 1 minute in Element Manager then the time updated on the phones. At least I'm not just losing my mind; other people are finding the same issue.
Thank you everyone!
