A couple of weeks ago I came on becuase I had some problems with my office voice mail system. I got advise from you all and found that the power cord for the Call Pilot went out. I have a new problem becuase I don't know what size I should get, the part that plugs into the Call Pilot. I know there is quite a few different sizes, I was just hoping someone can give me a better direction. I know that it is a 9V and Input 100-240V~1.0 Max, 50-60HZ, 20-30VA, but that's about it. Can anyone halp me.

You should purchase an OEM power supply.

There is an electronics store called Fry's and I am pretty sure they will have that. does this power supply come in one standard size?

Thanks for the help.

The company that we bought the phone system told me that any power supply would be fine. Of course the unput and all of that should be the same.

You should use a factory power supply. The voltage, voltage type, and wattage are inportant factors. If you use a power supply other than the factory and you burn out the call pilot. You are going to have a lot bigger problem and spend alot more money!
