Then I come here and ask question.
BandT, Why would you need a flash adaptor? The upgrade flash card will load onto the existing flash card. No muss no fuss.
Find yourself a new vendor, one that will provide you support.

I purchased a SanDisk Compact Flash PC Card Adapter and a SanDisk 256mb CompactFlash card. Once you put the adapter in your computer, it becomes a removable drive. Copy upgrade files onto it and your ready to go. I think you can get bigger flash cards, but this enough space and has worked many times.

I just purchased a cp 100/150 upgrade cart and I am very confused I do not have any way of downloading the software from the nortel website. Where would I purchase the Sandisk compact flash pc card adapter and where would I get the SanDisk 256 mb complact flash card.

The upgrade card will load the new software on to the current card in the CP. No other cards, readers or burners required.
