Can anyone tell me which light is the "in operation" light on the call pilot.

the center one on the right. the other tow LCD's are there to indicate proper connection via ethernet.

I'm not sure what you mean by "in operation", but there is a symbol that has two arrows pointing to each other. That is when the phone system and call pilot have sync'ed up. Hope that helps.

A bit more info on "In operation".
You have two lights on the left. That is for the port connections to the phone system.
They are correct with the middle light on the right. BUT that light could be on and only one light on the left. The light out on the left means you are missing one port or two channels.
That could be not totally "In operation".
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
