If Internal calls work fine then your Integration is no good or in your mailboxes you don't have an extension assign to it.

Cant think of the Feature Code or password. i think it is F919. Thats the only one showing below 980. Can you please send me this information?

Changing the info to a menu, adding 11 as the info worked. Thanks.

Vad, both the MICS and NAM were defaulted this week for the system upgrade. the mailboxes do have an extention, do you think defaulting and reprogramming will do the trick? Or is there some other way of doing it?

Ithink something went wrong during an upgrade. Integration is not working as you can see. I would try to Default it and start from scratch. Unfortunatelly there is no other way.

UPDATE!!

If this helps anyone who can help me...

After removing all call forwarding, the calls are going to the mailboxes but the sets ring too many times.

This is weird.

System: MICS 7.1
VM: NAM 4.0.04C
I'm surprised the NAM boots at all.

Minumum NAM rev for MICS 7.x is 4.1. This is probably causing you an integration issue.

It seems the NAM is a lower release than it should be for that MICS. Check for compatability issues. It has been a while but after upgrading a MICS to 7 I had problems with DID calls ending up in the AA instead of the person's VM. There is a "redirect to vm" patch that I had to load in the NAM to resolve this. The NAM was also a 4.x. I have this file if needed.
