I have a scenerio that requires internal hunt groups to be configured on a schedule. A Nortel BCM50 replaces an older panasonic system that had this configuration in place which is why this is killing me even more. Two scenarios
One, hunt group is configured for incoming calls and ring groups so after a certain time of the day an auto scheduled service kicks in and expands the hunts groups dn members for added coverage.
Two, I have the same requirement as scenario one except this is internal only with door phones. So when a door phone hits its target (hunt group one or HG01) I cannot associate a ring group or scheduled service. ring groups do not allow hunt group members.
My question is how do I expand my hunt group for a door phones on an auto schedule or is there another way without hunt groups?
I have tried answer dns, forwarding, forwarding to to hunt groups. The real kicker is HG01 works perfectly the way it is supposed to calling in from an outside line, just not internal. I'm looking at maybe using target lines, an idea I got from another post on the site prior to posting here.
HELP.... Can it be Panasonic is doing something Nortel cannot????????

I have found the best way to handle multiple ringing stations from a doorphone is to use the paging feature. Then anyone who hears the page chime can call the doorphone.

I have three door phones. The application is in a school where you would think teacher's would be aware but you know these people aren't going to remember the extension numbers for three different doors. Its a preschool and security is a big concern and very anxious parents as well. I'll suggest the solution though I appreciate the help. I'm just real surprised, you would think this is something more common than not and should be functionally available as a feature.
I was trying to use the private OLI on a target line and have it appr&ring on the control set which would be part of the ring group. but when I dial the private OLI for the target line it says its not available. I thought I had it licked.....

Rock Solid stability, however, extremely lacking in advance features. Look how long it took them to add hunt groups... Try this, Door Phone > Fwd analog port > tied into available CO port > Ring desired hunt group.
