Hello,
I have a system (Nortel Opt 11) where they are no longer able to activate the night mode function. When doing so, them main phone's display only flashes active and not active.
Is this something that can be reset? I can remote into the software. I have yet done anything with the system regarding the night mode so I am looking for a little direction.

What RLS is the OPt 11 running and how are you activating night mode - an attendant console?

found out the attendant console was bad when I went onsite. I replaced it and have had no problems since. Thanks for the response.
