I have a mailbox setup to off prem a cell phone when it receives a message. It calls the cell phone and says to press 1 and when I do, it just keeps repeating to press 1 or 2. I had the mailbox call a pots line for the off prem and I get the same results. Anyone having this issue?

Not sure if this is your problem or not, but I had a customer with the same problem. Only he was trying to press 1 while listening to his voice mail on his cell phone.
In other words, CP called his cell phone, it went to his cell phone voice mail while repeating the message. Then he listened to his cell phone voice mail and tried to press 1. But he was not connected to his Call Pilot mail box.
Once I explained it to him, his answer was "DUH".

NTlayoff - If I setup the off prem to call the main line of the business and I answered it, I'm I now connected to the CP vm box? I understand what you are saying, but I wasn't checking the voicemail of the cell, I answered the call coming from the CP.

pts technician I really thought that is what you were saying, I just wanted to bring that picture into view, just in case. That is what my customer thought he was doing but in reality he was not. As long as you understand what I was saying, then you should be good.
Have you tried having the CP call a DN on the phone system, then try to hit 1. Then you know if it is a CP issue or not.

No, if notification line is a rotary line, your CP will not recognized a DTMF. Yes you are able to make and recieve calls but you can't communicate with any devices that required a DTMF.

I just set my line 3 for pulse dialing. had it call my phone. I toned back everything I needed to access my call pilot. It is just a phone line, the only diff is the device that is dialing OUT. It either does tones or click, click, click. Line is the same.
