first of all thanks for any help on this,

recently installed new BCM-50 in a Bank, works just fine, i am down to the last issue with the
customer before invoicing, it seems that about
every 2-3 days the systems just resets itself for
no reason, lights all blink on all sets, and for
about 3-5 minutes the system goes nuts and then
it's back to normal, i have searched the maintenance manuel and i don't see any program
that tells the system to reset, i do see alarms
that is viewable on set 221, but i am thinking that the battery back up is setting this off, i
have an older apc 1250 on it and am leaning on
the batteries are junk, i think i may have a power
problem and not a system issue , any ideas on this
would be appreciated.. thank's for any help. :rolleyes:

I think you should go with your gut and change the UPS.

thanks marv, just thought i would see if anyone
else has had these symptoms, will change it out
after hours monday, again thank you and we shall
see what happens.. wrxs.

Did you check in Element Manager in error table. It might give you a clue if your having a critical error. Also make sure you have the latest software patches loaded.
