BCM 4.0 with I2004 sets. Users complain they can hear the caller but cannot be heard. This was exclusive to 1 user but seems to be spreading. I do the basics handset and cord, even replaced set for temporary solution, but problem comes back after a period of time. My focus is directed to the BCM itself but cannot find patches or info on Nortel site. I do not know what the configuration is I will assume 6/2, but this is a guess. Not familiar enough with traps etc, to monitor. Any ideas?

I'd look at the network rather than the BCM.

I agree with telemarv. Are you tagging voice ? is your QoS set up correctly? Try pulling the BCM off the network and using IP phones on a seperate physical network if you dont have the ability to V-lan and class traffic correctly.
( as long as your arent running intergrated aps such as UM, PCM, faxing, etc of course)
