If you open the BFT and see green capacitors, you need to replace it.
we had three issues with that, but at the time Nortel replaced it free if you opened a case, but the delay for that service has passed. You will have to pay.
They will send you a new BFT with blue capacitors.
Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!

I replaced the BFT just about a year ago with the one with Blue Caps.
